At Kembar Petite Fashion, we are committed to providing you with the perfect fit. However, if your purchase isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we offer a smooth return and exchange process to ensure your satisfaction:
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

- Log in with your e-mail adress, you will receive a 6 digit code in your mail (check your spam as well)
- Go to your order
- Click the "Request Return" button
- Select the items you want to return
- Once the package has been prepared for shipping, you can drop it off at your nearest post office to have it sent to Mgr. Bekkerslaan 27, 2286CA, Rijswijk (at your own expense).

Once you send the package back, we will inspect it. If your return meets all requirements, we’ll process your refund and update you via email.
Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, kindly place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.
Feedback for Improvement: We value your feedback. Understanding why you are returning or exchanging an item helps us improve our products and services. Please let us know the reason for your return or exchange so we can continue to enhance our offerings for petites like you.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at info@kembar.eu.
