CAN I RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes, you can return items. Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions.

You can easily initiate a return:

  1. Log in with your e-mail adress, you will receive a 6 digit code in your mail (check your spam as well)
  2. Go to your order
  3. Click the "Request Return" button
  4. Select the items you want to return
  5. Once the package has been prepared for shipping, you can drop it off at your nearest post office to have it sent back to us (at your own expense). The return address will be provided on a note about the return policy in your package.

Once you send the package back, we will inspect it. If your return meets all requirements, we’ll process your refund and update you via email.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, kindly place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund
